Property ownership records are public, and we use them to reach out to owners of vacant land who might be open to selling. If you'd rather not hear from us again, just let us know and we'll take you off our list.
How do you decide your offer price?
We look at recent sales of comparable land, the details of your parcel, and what we'd need to resell it. Because we pay cash and take on the time and risk of reselling, our offers are typically below full retail.
Are there any fees or commissions?
None. No commissions, no listing fees, no hidden charges, and we cover the standard closing costs. What we offer is what you receive at closing, minus only items like unpaid taxes or liens that have to be settled from the sale.
Is your offer no-obligation?
Completely. Requesting or receiving an offer never commits you to anything. If it works for you, great. If it doesn't, there's no pressure and no hard feelings — you're free to walk away any time before signing.
How does closing work?
No travel needed. Closings are handled remotely through a licensed title company — they prepare the documents, you sign (often with a mobile notary), and funds are sent to you securely. Many sales close within a few weeks.
Do I need to travel for this?
No travel is required. All paperwork is completed electronically or via mobile notary, with funds deposited directly to you, ensuring a convenient process regardless of where you or your land is located.
